So lately I've tried to install a coolrunner on 2 separate xboxs and I screwed both up at the same point the orange wire... I've burned the pads off I guess and now the Xbox won't turn on anyone based in the USA can repair these consoles?

Hi.
Im really not having a go here but i agree with uber, give the damaged boards to a repair specialist as they will easily be able to repair these boards.
Get yourself a few old 360 boards, some flux, high quality solder and tip tinner and a good quality 25 watt soldering iron and practice on the old boards.
I use antex soldering irons and i have no problems, it is well worth spending the money on a good one as cheap irons will just mess things up

Look for martins sticky for practice points for rgh or try an old board. It's not just the iron a lot of the time. I used a cheap iron with acceptable results for a good while until I shelled out recently because I was doing more soldering. If the tips decent and a good size and the heats right the price doesn't matter too much. It's techniquae and what you are good with.

Some people love hot irons of up to 30watts here and some prefer 15watts. Chisel tips or fine points are used as well. Practice is the main thing and finding what suits you.

I think the Stby_Clk can be named the deadliest point.
