So just in the middle of finishing a RGH got my key made my freeboot put it on the usb stick to flash with rawflash

then glued the points down so they don't move all looked fine, came to glitch again to boot rawflash but wouldn't glitch

so figured it was the glue had messed up a point so carefully started to remove the glue from the point i thought it was, only for the trace to lift off too,

it's r4b24 trace, think i've also fried the resistor next to it at the moment it boots straight to 3 red lights with error code 0010

So i'm simply not capable of repairing it, anyone local or anyone in the UK capable of fixing this

Tell me someone didn't bring this to you to do - unless your soldering skills have improved significantly, you should have sent them elsewhere. This is way harder than normal JTAG work and I saw the state of some of your work before (one I had to fix myself).

ok - rant over.

If it's switching on, then what you have there (albeit car crash) is ok. STBY_CLK if broken would stop the console from even switching on.

What about the bottom of the board? Is that in an equally bad state?

not someones just another i had lying around, no the bottom is all fine

as for using the other 3v point had better results with it for some reason than to the standard point and on the pic the points are not touching just the way i've taken the photo but is soldered yes, it did work fine until i lifted the trace as said as i've got my cpu key.

yes my soldering isn't the best i know just doing these for myself so just looking for help,

Next time try to put the hot plastic glue on the bigest surfaces and don't glue where are the thin traces. If someday you have to remove it can couse problems or worse you cen raise the trace from the PCB.

In fairness, bin it. Chalk it up as yet again another loss.

isn't it only the resistor that needs replacing as it gets power but red lights
Nope - you've shorted the 12V rail which is why it's booting to 3RL. If this is a board laying around then don't waste any time on it. If you feel generous, donate to someone here to see if they can fix it.
