transfer profile to RGH

hi all, my name is Luis and I have recently bought an Xbox with RGH.
About 3 years ago I had an Slim Xbox, always bought my games in disk and everything and had a normal profile via Xbox live.
I have made a copy to a pendrive of my profile from my old Xbox, how in the pendrive I have a folder named "Content"
I was wondering if I can transfer my profile and avatar and everything to the new Xbox with RGH so I can continue adding achievements and everything to my same profile.

Is this possible? can I transfer the information in the pendrive to the new Xbox with RGH, play with this profile, earn achievements, etc?

If possible, may you please help me on how to do this?

Go to your settings, choose memory and import your profile from pendrive.

Hi, thanks for your answer, yes, I have already did that.
Now I have a folder call "Content" in my pendrive.

My question is, how do I transfer the profile to the other Xbox with RGH so I can continue using my avatar in this other Xbox and with my achievements and everything.
