Is it at all possible to transfer save data from OFW to CFW to be used with game backups later on?
Asking because while I'm waiting for support for 7.0.0 I'm playing through Breathe of the Wild on
my OFW switch. It would be a bit annoying to have to lose all those hours in game. I do however have my saves backed up on nintendo's save cloud service, so getting my saves back for OFW isn't a problem.

If you do not choose to create an emunand once 7.0 is supported, then I do not believe you have to do anything at all since you would be booting CFW on your sysnand.

If you do decide you want to use emunand, what you can do, is make a nand back up of 7.0 before booting CFW so that you have a clean backup. Boot to CFW on the sysnand, use checkpoint or SX Installer to backup the saves. You would then create your emunand, restore your clean nand back to the sysnand and then restore your saves with checkpoint while booted to emunand.
