Transfer save data without internet

So my Pokémon Sword save is currently on my switch that was banned earlier today. The file and game are legit as I’m playing from the cartridge. Is there any way to move the save file over to my switch lite?

How about doing a local trade with a friends switch to transfer your best pokemon to a new save?

you trade your pokemon to friend >> friend trades to your new save
