Transfering Halo 2 Maps

I downloaded the new halo 2 maps on XBL and I was wondering if it is possible to share these maps with friends that dont have XBL... My box, and my friends all have a Xecuter 3 chip/Avalaunch. I have located where the maps download too in the Tdata (E:\TDATA\4D530064\$u folder) Ive transferd this folder over to my friends box... when we launch Halo 2... they dont show up when u chnage the map. Ive even transferd my profile too... and no luck... how can I get my friend to be able to have the same maps Ive Download? are their certain files/folders or my eeprom that also must be tranferd in order for him to play? Help/Advice would be great

You also need to transfer teh $c folder in that same directory.

The $c folder is also in e:\tdata ?

You need the 1.1 update folder or $c in the E:\TDATA\4D530064 folder too.

Sorry I forgot to mention somthing... Ive transferd both the $c and $u folders to my friends box... and they still cant use the maps... So does this mean I have to get the 1.1 update? and ifso how do I do that... can I get it on xbins?

Ive recently downloaded that Halo 2 Launcher on xbins.. that lets u choose to launch either 1.0 or 1.1 but I havent used it yet

xbins does not distrobute copyrighted software (AKA halo2 updates), just turn off the mod-chip and put your live profile on a mem card and just update your friends xboxs that way.. thats what i did for 4 of my friends.
