Transferring saved game data with SX OS

Hi,
I want to transfer saved game data from a modified switch (SX OS) to a non modified switch and vice versa. Is this safe to do or is there a risk that Nintendo will ban my account.
I would also like to local trade Pokemon (Sword/Shield) between a modified and non modified switch. Is this safe to do?

Your thoughts will be appreciated.

These steps only work if you have a shared online membership, to swap cloud saves...

Modded system steps:
1. In emunand, backup the save you want to transfer using Checkpoint homebrew
2. Turn off the system and reboot into sysnand cfw
3. Insert legit game card (yours or your friend's) that you want restore save to
4. After card is inserted and game data is added to system, restore backup save using checkpoint (you may have to play the game once, so save data is added to the system and Checkpoint can read/write to it)
5. Once save data is restored, reboot system into sysnand (airplane mode recommended)
6. Play the game once and save in the game anywhere you can to overwrite the restored (Checkpoint) save with a legit (sysnand) one
7. Exit game and backup save to the cloud (airplane mode off and online membership required)

Non-modded system step required:
1. Restore backup cloud save to the other system (with shared online membership)

I have two switches with the same account. I want to transfer a saved game file from a mod switch to a non-mod switch.
Can the backup cloud feature be turned off.

I believe you can use "checkpoint" for that...

Yes. That would seem to be the only way to transfer a save from a hackable Switch to an unhackable Switch.

If both Switches are modded, you can just transfer Checkpoint save data between memory cards and restore through CFW. Note: There are steps to change the save data to a different user, if the other system has a different username. Haven't tried that step though.
