LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Tray wont open after succesful kamikaze

Me and my friend tried last night to do the kamikaze hack with Exacto knife it went well(after we dug in the chip for an hour)but the only problem is when we powered the x-box the tray comes out and goes back really fast and when we pushed the "eject" buttom the tray wont open and make loading noises and stay stuck.
(the drive is 0401).

any suggestions?

We tried to open the tray manually and insert a disk (original) and it gives us the open tray problem.
the drive make sound of reading but in the end it show us the open tray problem.

Which means you've cut far too deep and damaged the chip.

Only option now is to replace the chip / PCB.

What you thought was a successful kamikaze is indeed a fail get your self a new pcb.
