Tried Everything, going to jump out of my window

I've posting this as i've lost all hope. Before i go into everything let me first say i now nothing and i'm looking of sound advise. I've installed the Executer 3 chip, all my cables are installed correctly, all my soldiering is correct, all my cables are inplace. My problem is?
After creating the bios.bin and the bummy.bin on a disk, switching my xbox on quick so the light is blue and installing the new bios, everything work 100% until i swich it on again and i get the same screen everything.

I had no idea i'd have to do all this, all the switchers are set correctly on the front. Why is it so hard. For what i can gather after the bios is flashed the xbox screen should boot up.

just what bios are you actually flashing to your X3 ?

What am i doing wrong, i just want to play my backup up games, or watch a divx, that what is say on the website.


Bios Called "flashbios_v303.rar" after unzipping the file i'm renaming it to "bios.bin".

i think you might be reflashing with flash bio's 3.xx this the the bio's that is already on the chip when it ships so you wont see any difference you need to flash the chip with either v.1959 for 1.0 to 1.5 or 1959_v16plus if you have a 1.6 this should explain were to get the bio's http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php

you didnt read the tutorial correctly did you?

where do we tell you to flash "flashbios_v303.rar" in the FlashBIOS tutorial ?

e. FlashBIOS is a utility to update your modchip with any other bios. You cannot play games or run unsigned software with this bios.

Look i searched all over this site and people said to do a flash bios 3.0.3 and then do a X3_1957 from this site [url http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php ]and it should work?? if so, when's tha best times to go to the site to get the file cause its 8:30 central time and nobody's in there??

There's no Error message, it just says i need to get my xbox service, when i boot-up disabling the chip, and the green led is turning red.

look in the corner of the screen there is a number and that number helps alot :wink:

it doesn't say a number, all it says is You box needs to be service and it's got a whole lotta of other laugues and the left bottom of the screen it says xbox.

Controller modding? Rapid fire

I'm interested in modding a controller myself in order to make it "rapid fire." My friend has one and he bought it for $100 dollars, I want to try to do this to make profit, lol. I'll be picking up a soldering iron today, and I've seen kits on ebay, but which kit should I be buying, there are literally 100s of kits, some are similar, but others have like 11 functions while some have 8 or something.

I'm just really looking for someone to point me in the right direction.

Well my friend learning new things is really good. I love to learn new things, Only one suggestion and that is do a complete research on what you are planning to prepare. I don't have enough knowledge regarding your query sorry for that.

just buy the intensafire rapid fire instal kit, its about £20 in the right places, also... it has 5 mods a full customable mode and it remember it. its perfect you dont need any more . i have it, use a soldering iron with it not the conductive glue.

trust me its the best one.

hold on, I just got got an instafire and the CG controllers are tricky! watch the sync contact, if its a matrix its easy though.

you just need to get good with a big tip or get a spikey tip for the soldering iron, ive fitted 2 now, guna be third 1 in a few days for a m8s b-day.
