RGH Trinity 4GB froze, Red Dot 0101 after power cycle.

Hi,
1. more that 5years had RGH on this Trinity 4 GB, and no one even touched her.
2. Two days ago, turned and played for 25min, and then picture froze - no reaction.
3. Power Cycle and didn't start
4. Tearred down, CoolRunner pushing the pulse to the CPU like normal
5. Wrote original NAND, removed CR, secondary '0101'

Propper reball/reflow makes more stable than 'factory retail' ?

Also prior to 'red dot' xbox 360 sometimes 'ring' the sound of 'power on console' during the game randomly,
can this say something about some 'short' on the board ?

Just upgraded to a achi ir6000. Got it dirt cheap n new . It will be here Tuesday. And I have to play around with it to get a perfect profile for Xbox ps3 ps4 xbox one laptops. Before I would even think about offering service. I got a long way to go . Now on my other setup I would do it in a heartbeat. But it's dead.

It most definitely needs at the very least a reflow. With a bga machine . Not a heat gun

Take a look under the GCPU heatsink, and paste was wery dry, so i think it overheated during the play on a very hot day.
If reflow/reball does not fix this, it can exclude gcpu problem.

bud it will fix problem. nofel will attest to this . same error code i had . proper reflow and its been running like a champ for 3 months straight . my son being playing it and watching movies.

not always......0101 can also be bad xcgpu full stop,but i can say maybe 60-70% of 0101 ive seen reball or reflow has fixed ( i dont even bother reflowing)

5 years played for hours strait - no problems.
