RGH Trinity boot time

OK, I just modded my spare slim, which is a Trinity - it's now got a Demon board and a CR3 lite in it.

After I did it, it was booting in about 30 seconds - after playing with the switches on the CR3, it boots first time about 75% of the time and on the second try the other 25%. Is this normal for these machines, or did I just get really lucky?

Thats pretty normal on a trinity. They boot very well when installed properly.

Yeah, I was a bit suprised - the previous machine I was playing with was a Falcon that apparently had a clone CR2 in it, and that was an absolute pig. It was so bad that I just ripped the board out and restored it to retail...
