RGH Trinity Demon doesn't work

Hi friends, I have an Trinity RGH (Coolrunner rev c) + Demon installed on it. Yesterday i want to copy a game on RGH console and suddenly console stop booting the FSD dashboard. I take it apart to re-write the hacked nand to demon (16547) chip but nothing. The CR is trying to send the signal to boot but nothing. The stock image on xbox 360 is booting just perfect. I put the stock nand to demon to see if it's some problem with demon and the console boot up the stock xbox nand. I changed the CR chip with another one but the problem is the same. CR is blinking but not glitching in hacked dash. I want to mantion that CR is set to normal when i am trying to glitch. I put stock on demon and set CR to PRG and is booting just fine. After that I tryed to remove all the wires from demon to start over to glitch the rgh normal ways but i've stucked at not starting the console at all until I connect the 5v on demon. And now i don't know how to manage to "disable" demon other then remove it physically from console, to try to glitch the console and then to go forward to re-connect the wires to demon. I massured all the wires to see maybe one of them is broken. I end up with nothing problematic. I verified all the pad and resistors to see maybe one of them is fried up but everything seems to be in good shapes. I am stuck right now.

complete the RGH template as in my sig with pictures of ALL the soldering else no one can help you..
