GENERAL trinity no up xell

I have a trinity 15574 dash, when I go to xell with DGX nothing happens, and will not appear on tv or in the COM monitor!

yes to the green led flashes but does not appear to xell anywhere! would not have an alternative to xell trinity?

did you try 70cm post out
and 10 to 12cm cpu rst?
and see what happens.

yeah already tried post out 50 cm to 90 cm
cpu rst 8cm to 12cm!

I also have big problems with trinity, he always goed into the "Thicking" mode, is there something i do wrond, tried all cable lengths no diffrence.
