If the console freezes even with the stock NAND written, re-paste the XCGPU with good quality thermal paste.

If that doesn't help, ask someone to reflow the XCGPU for you.
Rewrite stock nand and remove power cable from chip and try like that correct? :)

So after the new thermal paste green light turns on but now is blinking more frequently but random times like 1 sec intervals then 5 back then 1 ,2,5,5, 2,5, 2, 1, as example tried and had blue wire routed probably 99% same way but no boot up yet going... I'll try other routes

if you have freeze on retail nand could be hardware problem .
if not you must replace CPLD ( CR ) if you tried any wiring method .

Those temps are fine. Try playing a game on stock nand and of it freezes. Your sb or xcgpu will need a reflow. If it dosnt it could be your blue wire. U can cut it a few cm each time till u get good boot times.

I once had a similar issue with a Xenon that turned out to be a bad RAM connection. Solved by a reflow of RAM chips. Like Sasuke said above, it's most likely a XCGPU or southbridge fault.

The boot times are relatively great its just the freezing, i turned it on and it froze b4 loading a game... I'll try retail NAND hopefully in a couple hra when i get home i will then attempt playing a disc game and report back with any issues. Luckily i got the name of 2 ppl that can reflow 4 me so if it needs it it can be done and hopefully that fixes the problem

Assuming that its not the blue wire, does it have to stay tight after being wrapped? If so i shud place some hot glue on certain places to help hold it there :)
