RGH trinity not booting after update

I need help, I did the rgh on my trinity. All went perfect except the kinect need and update. I dl the update (via usb) and tried to apply. Skip ahead ,it said it was updating ect. then it rebooted. It hasn't booted since.
I reflashed nand back to factory. After 10 sec. or so the green light turnes red. I dumped the nand and compared it to the orig and they are the same.
I then did a reflash to dash 14719. flash went fine but the unit still will not boot. The green light flashes indicating it's trying to glitch and after various retry s it stops flashing the unit does not boot up but the green console light stays green.
I can power on with the eject button and xcell comes up like it should. I can read/write the nand no problem at all, I can bring up xcell no problem at all. It just won't boot up. I can install any of the available dashes no problem just no boot up.

Any ideas? I'm thinking the failed update has screwed me. I believe the unit is glitching fine but I failed update prevents it from booting up. I'm at a loss! Help please...

When you reflashed back to stock, did you turn the coolrunner switch to program mode to boot?

Also - your LDV may have changed when you applied the update, you may need to change it manually when you build your new glitch images?

Boot to Xell and count the number of FF's on line 7 and compare that to your LDV of your stock image you're flashing.

yes I changed the switch and that didn't help still same thing. Then I pulled the chip out. Still did the same thing, so I reinstalled the chip and reflashed. I'm not familiar with the LDV Let me snap shot my screens and I'll post.

I'm sure that was the problem. I reloaded the nand that I dumped right after the failed update. I rebooted the unit and noticed it just hung there didn't red light. I rebooted a few more times and I finally booted up and continued with the update. The update gave me an e71 error (dashboard error) I then did the glitch hack again and it's working perfectly I even have the kinect installed. Not 100% sure what happened but It's working right and you can't argue with successes...... Tks for the help and link I just printed it out.
