GENERAL Trinity, PSU, Auto Turn On Problem!?

Hy everyone! First of all, sorry for my English! :)

So, I have a Trinity mainboard 250 GB, with R.G:H. (but now the R.G.H doesn't matter).
When I connected the Power from PSU to the mainboard, the board automatically turn on itself with or without RF panel, and start the boot process.
And it was same thing with original nand, and on R.G.H.
The other interesting thing, when I am in the JR, I push it the button to detect the nand type, after that, when the JR-programmer detected the nand type, the console turn on itself again!??
I tired other PSU also, and other RF panel, but still same.
Do you have any idea, what cause this thing? Maybe, some capacitors goes out, or regulator problem?

Please help me!!! :D
