TRINITY Trinity qsb, Quick question.

Hello, I'm about to go and install my cr4 on a trinity mobo and was wondering if this point in the pic below is even needed?

I cant seem to find and trinity install videos with the qsb and with the wire install it doesn't look like its needed? I just don't want to go and solder it with the possibility of screwing it up for no reason

The CR4 does have a clock onboard, so don't solder it, it's not needed
