Trinity Red Dot - Help!

So i got almost everything i needed to do to reset glitch hack to my new slim 4gb, but i realized that I needed an update cable for my nand-x. So i ordered one of those and I'm waiting for it to come.

Upon waiting I decided to de-solder the coolrunner and remove the wires from the bottom of the board. Then I tried turning it on and it greeted me with the red dot of death. So i tried a few more times and luckily it booted up to the dash as normal. But if i leave the console off for a few minutes and try it is the same process as before, red dots a few times, then boots up.

So what I'm wondering is what's causing this? I've read that messing up the points on the bottom can cause this, but this is happening with the wires removed. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Also how can I tell if I'm going to have to use alt points when i get my update cable? Just if the solder's removed from the point or something?

Sorry about quality, i can try to borrow my bros camera later if need be.
And if you are wondering, point R1 on the QSB is not soldered to the board.
Difficult to see anything with these pictures;)

POST_OUT point looks a bit dodgy

Thanks, and again, sorry about the quality. What would you recommend I do to fix this if this is the problem? And in case you cant tell from the pic, most of the solder is gone from the point, but the pad looks to be in tact.

Yes, i did put the original nand back on, and as i said, it starts up about half the time, the other times it shows the red dot
Not sure about that POST_OUT point. You should really try repairing it by dropping a bit of solder.

Pictures look great, I can't see anything that looks like a problem, take some alcohol and clean the flux off and check for cross bridging on the QSB's.

also on second look you are missing a resistor from R3B13 just above b point on the motherboard

i also thought that im missing r3b13 or c3b8 with my red dot slim but somebody pointed out to me that there is no c3b8 in other slim.
