Trinity rev-c RGH help

So I've been working on my trinity for the last few weeks. It's my first one so it's been taking me some time. I've been getting stuck here and there but overall it's gone okay.
2 days ago I dumped the NAND using a JRP v1.1. It gave me 258 and 218 error on every block it read in jrunner, so I checked all my solder points, went over them all and then cleaned them up after. It gave me a perfect read no bad blocks. I copied nanddump_1.bin and saved it as Orig_NAND.bin to my desktop. Then I programmed my coolrunner rev c. When it was done the green light turned off like it was supposed to. I selected trinity, dash 16547 and rgh 2. Then I created ecc. Then I writed ecc. Then the guide I was following said to put the coolrunner in and take the JRP off the board. So I did that. This is my problem, when I was all done. I plugged in the power brick of my box. Put in my av cables. Tryed to turn it on with a controller but it didn't work. So I plugged in the ribbon cable for the faceplate. It beeps but won't turn the box on. The power brick light stays yellow all the time. So I went back and tried to tidy up the board more and go over my soldering. Still no luck. Someone help me please.

In the JRunner log, all the device not found and create ecc logs was because my JRP didnt want to connect to my computer properly so i reset it and it worked after that.

You have most likely damaged the STBY_CLK area.
I only soldered that wire to that point once. It's the trickiest point and I figured since it's soldered on there and it's not bridged to the point beside it I would leave it alone. How is it damaged? And would that really cause my xbox not to power on at all?

Check with multimeter if STBY_CLK point is not bridged to the point beside, that also cause the console to not boot.
I'm not completely sure how to check that. I can see that there's no solder on the point next to it and the wire isn't touching any other points. I'm worried I wrote the ecc file wrong and bricked the xbox. If that's the case I'm not sure what to do.

Just did the STBY_CLK to the alternate point on the back side of the board and it still doesn't power on. Just beeps, and the solder point on the back is perfect so I'm certain it's not STBY_CLK. does anyone see anything wrong with my jrunner log? Did I mess up programming the coolrunner or writing the ecc? And if so how do I fix it?

You have your 3.3V wire soldered to an SPI point for some reason.
Hahahaha. Wow I feel dumb. Now that that's soldered into the proper place, the red light on the coolrunner turns on when I plug the xbox in, which is good. Turning it on with the controller didn't work so I plugged in the faceplate and then it turned on. The rlod was on at first. Unplugged. Plugged it back in and the green dot in the middle of the power button was blinking a lot, the red led on the coolrunner was solid on and the green light was blinked about 4 times 5 seconds each like it's supposed to. But it was a black screen and nothing happened. The green led wasn't flashing anymore on the coolrunner and the faceplate led was still blinking a lot. I left it for a minute and then unplugged the xbox. Now it won't turn on again it only beeps. The red light on the coolrunner is still on when the Xbox is plugged in. What should I do? Check my wires and solder points again??

1) check all of your soldering again
2) what the secondary error
It didn't give me anything on the screen. Just red light on coolrunner red light on xbox. Can the xbox boot xell without the fan, DVD drive, hdd in the box? Will it boot with just the motherboard out on a table?

flash back stock and if it still gets rrod, Hold down sync and hit eject 4 times each time red lights will blink, letting u know the secondary error code. Also the center light on rol board, will blinkif the disk drive isn't plugged in. As for the fan, it is unwise to run your Xbox without it hooked up, even if it hasn't booted, as it still gets hot, and is probably what caused your rrod.

Tried that, red dot in the middle stays lit. Green circle flashes quickly and constantly until I turn off the console again. This is after I flashed back my orig NAND.

The fan needs to be plugged in. The green light on the rol blinks fast because the DVD drive is not connected.

I had a box come in that was a failed attempt at rgh, And it had the red dot in the middle, I doubt if it is the same problem, As above said check the error code. But this one I had to repair a trace as they pulled the ft4r2 point along with the other bigger pad, I ended up taking a scratch brush and soldering to the board
