have looked most places but need some advice please i have just bought a trinity slim with dash 13146 with a 0225 drive inside i intend to flash the drive to lt3.0 and rgh the slim . i have noticed that this may have to be updated before i get dvd key? unsure really.... which way should i do this.....1 .update then flash drive or 2 rgh it first ? any help will be appreciated thanx in advance

U don't need to update it since its a 0225. You will need to kamikaze the she drive in order to flash it then rgh it

thanx for reply....no chance of me doing that lol......so i can jump straight in and RGH it with no updating ?
Just Check your Motherboard 1st then go for the RGH .
if you have slim (trinity) and want to do RGH and which dash are on it doesn't matter you can do rgh from any dash ,clear ?
cheers amit so in j-runner do i just add my dash to the list (13146) then use that? or click 14719 ?
Select any dash that your want ,some new games like Max Payne 3 require 14719 dash to play ,now it's up to your what dash you want .

sorry just read in jungle flasher some 0225 drives are unlocked (rare) how would i know ?

All Lite-On DG14DS 0225 are locked from the start .
you need to Open Your DVD Drive and Look at your PCB
If you got MXIC the you need to do Sputnik Hack(buy a sputnik switch or probe and follow this tutorial)
Or If you got Winbond then you need to do Kamikaze Hack(Follow this guide-By RDUBBS007) to unlock your drive !
Or Buy A TX UNLOCKED PCB and follow this tutorial !
