RGH trinity won't boot with 3 flashing lights

hello

i did some (24) rgh before but now i have strange problem

the rgh was working once and now after no change at all -the xbox won't booting up and there is 3 green flashing lights
the error that they flashing is 0-0-0-3

i did try other power supply and it still not working

i searched for short circuit on the xbox board up to bottom and didnt find anything.

any ideas?

what color is your power supply before and after you plug it into the console, is your CR light up red ?

before: orange
afterrange
not going green or red at all
remember that i try`ed to switch power suplly and still the same error.

another thing-
the cpu fan start working for a sec and then stops (not stuck or anything just stoping.)

BTW the console is brand new from the box never been used.

sounds like a dead short somewhere possibly a fried resistor near hana, try the alt trace wiring using a 330 ohm resistor...
