Trouble Beginning Trinity RGH Process

Description of problem: I'm currently in the process of RGH'ing my Trinity slim console, however I can't seem to find any tutorials on the equipment I'm using. I have a JR Programmer V2, which I can't find any diagrams showing me where to solder the wires to. I also can't find a tutorial on how to solder my CR4 XL to the board without the QSB. If anyone can help link me to those tutorials I'd greatly appreciate it.

When installing the cr4, use the j2c3/13 point for 5v.
