trouble reading nand.

well i just got a zephyr xbox in dash 9199 and i know i can perform rgh-1 but im having problems to read the nand in jrunner and jtag tool.

that'sthe j runner, it gets stuck in there. and the jtag tool just stops working when i select read the nand. i have the latest jr programmer with his drivers and a good soldering. can someone tell me whats going on?
again im a noob and if i did something wrong please forgive me. thank you all , i appreciate it

soldering is not that good but i can guarantee that they are not touching and there is good connection.
lol its not even good.

Use the support template, and dont forget the pictures.

What do u mean by jtag tool stops working? When u try to read nand what happens and of course fill out the template maybe something's not soldered right and pics would help see that

and do you have drivers installed, PSU connected etc?

i dont get any error, in jrunner its just stuck in there and in jtag tool it says the following

i have the drivers but im not sure what do you mean with cpu

You positive none of your solder points are bridged? Make sure your connector is snug... The JR icon should show in jrunner when it's connected... Have u used this jr programmer on this PC before?

no i had never used this in my life or even in this pc, rigth now im soldering it again

start by making sure you have the correct drivers installed, if those are wrong it wont work.

if the drivers are correctly installed, you should see the JRP logo in j-runner. from your picture i can tell that its not present.

ok can you please send me the link for the drivers? an how can i install them? please i know im asking too much but i really need this
