yes everything is good... but am i using jrunner rigth? i just go and click read nan select my console and than click ok

it should show up as Xecuter jr-programmer and not x360usb pro, so something is not right.

The yellow triangle indicates that you don't have the driver installed.

Uninstall the drivers you currently have installed (and check the delete option), and then reinstall the ones Ant linked you to.

figure out which one it is when you insert USB lead then delete the device and reinstall the correct drivers.

and for your wiring heres a tip the yellow wire can be hard to install to the ground point on the header as the ground plane is big, install the yellow wire to the prongs on the hdd potrt the same as the ground wire for the coolrunner, much easier.

thank you,, i deleted the drivers but my pc (windows 8) wont install them i booted into disable signed drivers nothing happens i try dseo and the same again it shows this
windows encoraged a problem while installing software

Follow the guides man. Open JRunner and read the tutorial it comes with.
