Trouble with changing the X2 bios to X3

I accidently switched the X3 bios on my xbox with the X2 bios and am having trouble installing the original bios back to the xbox.

Please help

no problem. Press power and eject buttons at the same time to get to backup flashbios and reflash.

I tried doing that but nothing happened. The disk tray would open or it would just turn off or on.

Also I'm now getting the error code 16 and now need help to get back to the evox dashboard.
