trouble with flashing

i have the new bios and i flash it and every looks like the tut. but after i turn back on all i get is black screen

what version of xbox are you using, and what version of Bios?

x3 3294 for v1.0 to v1.5 xbox
x3 3294 v16 plus for v1.6 v1.6b xboxs
