I recently screwed up a bios and was told i needed to buy a programmer to fix it. I have the evox 2.6 mod chip and the x-ecuter programmer off system-mods.com i followed the tutorial on teamxecuter.com but the X2 Bios Manager won't recognize my chip. do i have the wrong software or is it another noob issue i'm having? Thanks.

What's the error code you're getting from the software? did you remember to connect the external switch and set the switches to Enable / Unprotect / Bank 1?

i didnt connect the external power switch. makes sense to have it connected. everything is working as it should... thanks for your help
