Trouble with x2.6 lite help!

Hello,
I installed an x2.6 lite on a friends xbox tonight and I am having some trouble. When I boot the xbox, I see the "Xecuter2" line at the bottom of the screen, but then the xbox goes straight into MS Dash. How do I enter the X2 bios? Thanks!

you cannot 'enter the x2 bios'
you now have to load a hacked dash onto your box, in order to launch apps and emulators and various other things
