trying to flash

i'm trying to flash my x3 with 3294v16plus.bin though http .but every time i try it keeps coming up with programming failed at the end . i'ved tryed other one like 3293v16plus and still get the same error Can any one help???????

Try reseating the chip. Make sure the pins on the pinheader are making a tight fit. If the chip is loose, bend one row of pins outward slightly

i tried reseating the chip but it still gives me the same error . i even took the chip out and put it in the xbox i have already moded thats works to see if it would make a differance . but no luck

Email your chip provider and ask them to check it out. could be faulty. They'll soon let you know if it wasn't faulty.
