I am a beginner at this but I'm trying to FTP my box and I have a game adapter that I can ping but I'm having a hard time connecting to my box so I can load and unload games. Please explain as if I am a two years old.

First, I wouldn't use your email address as your log in name... you don't have to worry about spam from us. Most of us are relatively nice guys. However, there are bots running that might detect your email...
But, as far as FTP goes:
What chip are you running? The Xecuter 3? The Xecuter 2? Do you have the bios already flashed? We need some more information, but we will help you.
