JTAG Trying to recover dvd key

I just jtaged my first console. A xenon. Success, and i am happy.....
only problem is there is the dvd is wrong drive. I have been looking around, trying to figure out how to recover it. is it in the fuse set like the cpu key? i know thisa has been covered, prolly many times. But i have tried opening the http://192.168.1.99 but firefox says its not responding.
i do get a "kv_get_dvd_key failure the hash check failed probably as a result of decryption failure, make sure the correct key vault for this console in is flash"

i used my nand to build Freeboot, did i miss something? thanx in advance!!

i used Coolshrimps Jtag tool to build Freeboot, For what its worth anyway

No it not in the fuset. If you used Coolshrimps jtag tool version 3.0. to create freeboot if not download it at http://tech-modz.net/.
Enter your cpu keys, click on the KV tab in the first field load your original nand dump.
DVD type and keys will appear in the KV info.
Flash the keys to the drive and spoof it to the drive type. Can't play online with jtag console, so it ok to spoof the drive.

and yes i used jtag tool 3.0, i just updated it before i flashed mine
