Trying to rip XDG3 games

in the center ring? covered by a sticker bought it second hand from a family video here in town that had several copies on the shelf.
Disc 1 has seen better days has a slight ring on the disc because some one decided to move the 360 with the disc in it apparently or bumped it or something....my concern is it being a second hand game from a rental place that i dont know how many times the game has been buffed ect. and dont know how much life is left in the game, my intent was to make a back-up and put this game up in my collection

yes every thing seems to play fine aside from disc 1 ( i need to take it back and get it polished it errors out because of the ring) thats why i chose to try with disc 2, im going to try a diferent DVD ROM and see if i cant narrow down some things and see what i come up with unless u have another recommendation?
