With the announcement of an imminent "DemoN" release by Team Xecuter, there lies a question every hardware and tech geek wonder...

The release date.

Alright guys, who ever has been around and keeps tab on the team updates,

Given their previous announcements,

How long do they usually take to release a product after they announce it?

(You can base this off of their previous releases, like the Nand-X.)

Lets see what answers we get here.

Time is taken to design, develop, test and manufacture a product.

The testing phase of a product can take some weeks or even months to fine tune everything, would you use a product that was only 50% complete?
It will be sometime after today. Really?
Take all the time needed, quality always over production if you expect a good profit.

The question is simply posted to see what answers people come up with, it will give us something to think about too.

I'm sure we all agree that the wait is always worth it for these types of products.

Other than that, yeah and thanks.

Every product is different, therefore you cant gauge a release date off how long other products took to get released.

There could be minor hiccups that won't be noticed by your average end-user, but takes months to fix.

TX isnt going to release a product, then have firmware updates, fixes, etc each week until they finally have it working.

Thats what there developement phase is for. The product gets tested and improved until a final product can be produced.

Quality takes time. Time TX is willing to spend.

It will be worth it. But IIRC with the coolrunner it was a month or so after they started production that they were available. And you better have your money ready because I'm sure they'll sell out quick.

These were all some of the best answers to this type of question, minus the cheese comment

But, like someone said, have your money ready, because they will go quick.

The only problem is going to be finding a Trinity board, hmm should probably pick one up ahead of time, no?

Thanks all.
