turning switch on X3

After spending the last 3 days surfing around this forum fixing my friends 1.0 xbox I'm all searched out.

Can someone tell me what the little turn switch on the X3 chip does or point me to the thread that shows it.

I had a feeling it was a brightner.

Didn't even think about the LCD panel, I thought it might have adjusted the brightness on the front Xecuter logo.

hi every 1 ive just been banned form xb :evil: l im running a liteon with ixtreme 1.6, ive looked around on the net and found this video which apparentley unbans ur xbox

There used to be a way, but if you've updated your console in the last few months (and if you've been on live, then you have) which disables the step necessary to retrieve the info you need to change to change the console id.

SO yes, for now you need to buy a new box.

dont buy a new xbox ^^^noobs..lol jp try using xlink kai,its been mentioned a billion times to people whove been banned,but it is a tad difficult to setup if you dont know what your doing...i could help if you want
