i installed my xecuter in correctly but when i turn it on and put it on bank 1 it turns on off on off on then blinks red and green what happened??plz help

which method of installation are you trying?
do you get any error codes on boot up?

i got the 2.6 xecuter chip i installed it and like i accdently installed the xbox bios to the chip so it loads the xbox bios wont load the blue screen anymore on either the bank 1 or 2 and then it says call customer service eroor and the light blink red and green yeah well sorta it worked like normal when i disable the chip bc the orginal hd isnt for the mo i bought the mo seprately the chip worked perfectly but i loaded the wrong bios into the chip so would i need to get the xecuter programmer?
yes, if both banks are flashed with m$ bios then you will need the programmer or to do a hotswap with another box and chip
themodchip.com is unloading older X2 programmers for $2.50 ea. With the money saved I'd recommend picking up a new keyboard, one with a working "." key.
