RGH TX Coolrunner 270 pF position

Hey guys

Could anyone of you please mark the position of the 270 pF Slim Cap on the TX Coolrunner? I want to play around with small additions of capacitance and since I have to solder in parallel this would be greatly appreciated.

Why can't you just solder the cap inline between whichever pad on the coolrunner and the wire?

because that would actually lower the capacitance

it needs to be parallel and thats hard to do without knowing which one

I think that the TX Coolrunner doesn't use a 270pF. I'm sure someone can confirm.

then what does it use?

220 pF ?

if so even more reason to know which one

I think it uses ~300pF. Get a meter and check for caps which connect directly to CPU_RST.

unfortunately my meter cant measure capacitance

i can check which one it is though

You don't need to measure capacitance. Set to continuity and put one probe on 'D' and the other on each side of each cap. Those which 'beep' are likely candidates.
