TX Demon Dual nand Update

Hi peeps, I need the tutorial for updating the nand of my dual nand. Theres that many tutorials, I want to make sure I get the right one. Cant remember what section the one I need is in. I have had a quick look but if someone can point me in the right direction, I'll be over the moon. Thanks in advance

The 360 NAND gets updated via normal method (XBL). The DemoN is easy: dump the existing NAND, build a new image and write it back.

Cheers martin but Ive not done this for a while and I know there is an easy to follow tutorial (using Jrunner) but I cant find it mate. Can you link me up please. Thanks
