Hi

Is it possible to install the TX Slim DemoN on all of Trinity 4GB, and Corona V2/V4/V6 boards?

I see that it comes with "Corona V2/V4/V6 upgrade kit", so I assume that they are at least supported.
How does that work? Does does it just configure the 4GB board as a 16MB version?

And finally, are there any guides to installing the upgrade kit?

Thanks!

There' no Trinity 4GB.

You're getting NAND confused with model. The 4gb extra on a Trinity is a MU addon, whereas the v2/v4/v6 Corona consoles are BB 4GB NANDs, hence not supported.

Thanks Martin. Yes right enough the trinity 4GB models are still 16MB NANDs so assume they're OK to install a DemoN on then?

So if v2/v4/v6 Corona consoles are BB 4GB NANDs and not supported, what's the Corona v2/v4/v6 upgrade kit that comes with the slim DemoN?

Cheers!

If it's v2, then I don't see why nandwich wouldn't be possible, just no one has ever reported trying it. I was going to try it on my v2 but it died before I got a chance to try it. I made some progress with making PCB holding the 4GB NAND (eBay, $12-14) which would be soldered to appropriate points around the NAND on the back side (all of pins available) and it would hold the simple SMC reset circuit.
Here's the post, if you try it, please report the result: http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99782&p=724595&viewfull=1#post724595
