LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM TX PCB not erasing? 0272&VIA

Cannot get this pcb to erase, then write.
I have WP=1, using VIA chipset.
When i go to erase, it freezes on sending chip erase to port XXXX.
heres my log, any ideas?

Yea before it had firmware on it. Buy a usbpro.
