TX Replacement PCB Not Being Detected

First of all I would like to state yes I have tried all the methods said, Plugging it in does not get it detected, Then tried into device, nothing, also tried the lite on erase, also nothing.

I have 2 of the PCBs and both are the same. My drive is a 0225.

I am getting very irritated. Here is my JF Log:
