Hi there, i purchased a TX unlocked board replacement for my slim 16D4S which i flashed using X360USB Pro (which i never had a problem with) i am able to flash with latest ixtreme firmware thru jungleflashes, but it wont play disc.
Sometimes it will recognize that is a game but when i try to play it says is unreadable, dirty or any other unrecognized disc error.
The xbox is a slim 4GB brand new, if i install original PCB plays games fine so i assume that is not a lens issue.
Yet i replace the lens and still wont play any type of disc.
I followed jungleflasher tutorial how to flash using replacement board. Extract key first from original PCB, then flash into unlocked PBC, make sure write verify OK, lock back SPI, move back switch to locked, make sure outro ATA.
I flashed drive 3 times already thinking maybe bad flash but keep getting same result, i flashed many drives before in fact i just flash another one with SPUTNIK360 and everything checked out good so is not my computer or X360USB pro.
So i've got to the conclusion that is a faulty board unless somebody have a different procedure.
I've contacted seller and they say contact team xecuter first and also they said they will charge me $15 for testing the board which i find ridiculous.
Bottom line can anyone help me? maybe i am doing something wrong or does it sound like a faulty board?

Notes: Firmware Rev 0225 and tested with original games

This is original PCB with original game

Original pbc working fine

Original PBC connected to X360USB pro for key extraction

Key extracted

TX Board installed after flashed (see jf.log)

This are the error that i get every time i eject and re-insert the disk

Sorry for not getting back to you. I was looking for something obvious but it all looks in order.

Best bet is to contact your supplier and show him this thread if needed. It's possible the board is defective. I would take a guess at the laser side of the data being the issue, since it reads and writes ok in Jungleflasher.

I had the same issue with my first one. I got a replacement from xconsoles and it worked just fine. I would just contact the reseller and get a new one.

That is funny...

I know this is a stupid question, but they sometimes need to be asked:

Did you flash the correct (original) key and FW to the TX PCB?

I suppose the JFLogs would show us that, but they aren't posted for public.

Order should be read dummy, swap PCB, flash CFW with OG Key, play from backup if desired.. right?

LOL Yes i flashed original key extracted with slim key, if you paid attention to the pictures you can see when i extracted the key and it was loaded in to ixtreme firmware.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a different lt firmware for 0225 drives that give errors like this? I remeber certain drives having different issues like play dvd errors and stuff like that. In my firmware folder I have this bin:LTPlus-0225-v3.0u.bin.

Oh ok. I couldn't see the pics well cause I was viewing from my iPhone. Have you tried the other 0225 bin yet? It might be worth a shot. If you have then Good luck with the next pcb.
