TX Unlocked PCB 1.1 problem

Hi guys.
I purchased an unlocked pcb v1.1 6 months ago, and i've been having this issue ever since I bought it, sometimes my backups and originals show up as "Xbox 360 Disc" and I always have to reboot my console to get them to work.
Is this a known issue? I already changed my laser and i get the same results. Can it be a faulty PCB?

did you get a full dump of the drive? im assuming not since you used pcb.i have seen some consoles do this with out a full dump,only slim key.turn the console off and back on when this happens and it works fine gain?

Yes after a reboot it works fine.

sounds like its failing a challenge. they are random so wont fail all the time - im guessing you have an incorrect byte in the data within your slimkey'd data - if you still have the original pcb, redump the key.

I dont have the original pcb, but I have a demon can I do it with the demon?

So I should open the 0225lt3.0 as target fw and get the key from my nand dump and spoof only the key right? No fw on the source.

it didn't work just by inputing the key on the jungleflasher pack fw. So without the original PCb there's nothing I can do besides buying a LTU PCB?

I did a manual spoof of the key... couldn't input the drive serial number.

I noticed this, the problem must be in here. can't I hex edit the bn file?

OK i spoofed my drive using lizard toolbox and I must have rebooted my console about 30 or 40 times with no dvd drive fail. hope it's fixed.
