I am not able to find a US seller who still offers the PRO version from TX. Do they only sell the unlocked PCB and is TX not distributing them anymore. I understand I can use a new PCB but I have a buddy who drilled through his OEM chip and I want to try and solder on a new one for him. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

There a little difficult to come across. The only person I saw selling them not that long ago is modtraders. I would also recommend buying the replacement pcb. Will not cost you much more and save you the hassle of transplanting the chip.
Thanks for the information. I remember them being only $20 where the unlocked PCB is $70. It looks like TX does not manufacture them anymore. Do you think I could get the chip from digikey or mouser?
