Team-Xecuter Community

I have a trinity board here that gets super hot at the U5A1 spot. Its got 6 legs though. Here is a picture. I'll hit my local radio shack/electronics hardware store, but does anyone have one of these or can point me in the right direction? I tested it, and it doesn't put out 3.3V.
