Uber Chips cancelled all pre orders

Why has Uber chips decided to cancel all pre orders for?
Now I have to wait possibly weeks for my money to be refunded as stated on their website?
I am utterly dissapointed for the fact that I had to wait for over a month for this excuse.

As it stands now, I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER TX ANYTHING NOT NOW NOR IN THE FUTURE UNLESS THIS MATTER GETS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATLY!
IT TOOK A MERE 5 MINS FOR YOU TO TAKE MY $$$$ AND I HOPE IT CAN BE REFUNDED IN A MERE 5 MINS OR PEOPLE IS GONNA GO APE sh*t !!!

That is fu**ing bulls**t. I was going to order from them. I had to wait 4 months from USAchipss to tell me that my pre-order was in error status and they wanted my debit card image. I was said, hell no! What happened?

For selling something only NINTY believes to be illegal!
This is not the PS3 and sony era where they tell you that even though you bought the console, you still don't own it!
Imagine if Ninty were a car dealership and sold you a car, but also tells you that you cannot replace the radio or windshield wipers because you don't own the car.
I didn't even buy my switch from Ninty either, it was used from a personal friend. So for them to tell me what I can and cannot do to my switch is entirely out of their hands!
This is the bullshit us peasants have to deal with!

you're making lots of sense... custom or modding is up to the owner of the products and not the sellers/ manufacturers.
i can decide to hack and mod my hard earn brought item the way i want.
we have custom made cars and all, even mobile phones can be rooted in other to gain access to software only rooted phones can and that's the beauty of it.

nintendo should move back to the pit or under the rock.. this is the future. once i purchase your products what i do with it is none of your business. it's left for you to put security in places if you want but not to shut me down.

I was in the second batch. Not sure why OP is pissed at TX.. it's out of their control what another vendor does on top of TX being sued by Nintendo.

I was in first batch also. Did anyone get a notification/email of cancellation and refund? I haven't plus their website is down. How can we follow up if this is the case?

Not just down... Deleted.. I did get an email stating what was on their website briefly. That they have cancelled all preorders and will be issuing refunds.
