i have a benq drive. ive opened jf then opened the drive closed half way turned power off, then turned back on and held drive. after that i went to jf and looked for the I/O and then hit device id. thats when i have problems it putts up a tone of dots and then says it failed wats wrong. port I/O32 is installed! help!!
