uk elite hitachi 0079fl how do i mod help please

right well just back from my local game station with a shiny new uk elite i have opened it to find a hitachi 0079fl i know there are a few hard ware mods that can be done to mod this bad boy what is the best and how hard is it to chip i have chipped wii etc and have sofmodded well firmware modded every drive there is ms25 ms28 oo47dj oo47dh oo59 oo78s so i know my stuff kinda lol also if i decide to get someone1 to chip is there anywhere remember i am in the uk

if you chiped wiis then you should be able to handle it.there is not a software mod for the v79 at this point that i know of.

after the trouble i dont know if you will find anyone that will put it in for you.

i feel ok about doing the chipping i have found some good diagrams its removing the epoxy im worried about

i would get a old board from someone to try on first.

I used an old soldering iron and heated it away enough to wear there was a little bit left near the pins. And then took a hobby knife with a pointed tip and scraped the rest away.
