[UK] Liteon PCB Required - Quickly (RESOLVED)

Ok the problem is my friend came with his liteon so I explained whats involved and what I needed to do.

I opened up my drive to show him the LT switch 1.5 he bent down and tugged on the switch to see if it was securely in place AND TO MY screaming voice it came off in his hand and pulled off 2 of the pads aswell.

I have enclosed a picture that someone else has taken all credit to them and marked the 2 pads with a black circle these 2 are completely gone.
I will post a picture of my actual drive when I get home tonight

Can anyone repair this I can send just the board to keep postage a minimum I don’t need it flashing or anything as it has the latest LT+ 1.1 on it I just need it to work.

Please can anyone do this I miss my box already and yes my mate did get a slap in the mouth

Should have posted in the 'Request A Service' section. Do you still have the original firmware dumps/key? Cause if you do, you could just replace the PCB and flash the replacement board!!

Although I would have thought this is an easy repair so long you don't need the key extracted.

i used the lt switch to pull the old key off when i update to lt+1.1 from ixtream and i still have this yes.

this drive has LT+1.1 on it and it was working fine until he pulled the switch off so it just needs a repair i am not even fussed about having a lt switch back on it just as long as it works

i tried finding alternate points on the back of the board so i could jump from them but had no look
my soldering skills are good but i couldnt find the trace lol

Try and post pictures of the actual PCB, but like you said if you already got the key then you are safe. Worst case scenario is a replacement PCB or drive.

I'd also go with a new PCB. It'll save monkeying about with this one. I'll leave this thread here for the moment as your trying to fix it yourself, but let us know what you decide and we can either move the thread or close it and ask for a PCB if that's what you want in the request a service section as mentioned above.
Might be an idea to tell people where you live incase someone local has a spare board.

I've got one from a 7 series drive. Had to cut it and solder it though as performed MRA hack on it. If you want it, you can email me your key and I will flash it for you.

i would have swapped for the nand-x aswell but oh well thats what happens when you play black ops all night.
