Um.. X3 Bios re-flashing...

well lets see. i have had the X3 chip for quiet some time and ever since i had it i had some troubles flashing. Eventually i got it flashed.. Now that the new BIOS is out i wanted to flash it on there. And whenever i try to flash it freezes. I have tryed all the methods, FTP, from a drive, HTTP, a disc, none of them work. Basically I tell it to flash and it does the confirmation message and i hit yes, and after that point it will freeze, and the XBOX LED will start flashing green and amber. When i hit both the power & eject button the FlashBIOS is supposed to come up, but the Xbox begins to frag.. Im not sure what to do. I have 2 xboxes and 2 chips and i successfully flashed one of the xbox, so i know how to flash and all that and the chips were installed properly.. But that one xbox just wont flash... Any one have any ideas? Thank you.

just making sure the chip is not on flash protect mode , have you checked both on chip and on external switch ?
and here is another thought , if both boxes are same version or if there isnt any of them which is 1.6 you should try flashing the trublemaking chip on the box you flashed before , this way you would know if the problem is in the chip or the motherboard ?
