I have a Xecuter 3 CE and i dont no how to flash it. i have tried the internet way but the page doesnt come up when i type in my ip adress. and my static ip isnt what its soposed to be. can u tell me where i can get the bios to put on the disk???

If you want to flash your Xbox via HTTP, you need to know how to network your xbox to your PC. It is not through the internet just a local area network connection. Require basic networking skills...
If you have no clue what I mean about those, try the disc method.

well what r u soposed to do to set up your net work cause i dont want to wast effen 55$ on this thing.
If you can't setup a network, use the disc method.
The easiest network connection if you don't have a network setup would be to use a cross over cable and directly connect the xbox to your PC and set static IP addresses.
